Cold therapy with active compression
Explore the knee configuration, from the lid-mounted controls to the adjustable cuff.

In continuous mode, a motorized pump moves chilled water from the reservoir through the knee cuff and back. The cuff stays in place as the water circulates.
Intermittent compression
Pressure builds and releases around the joint in cycles. The controls on the lid let you select the pressure setting recommended for you.
Adjustable knee cuff
The contoured cuff wraps around the knee. Adjustable straps help hold it in position without having to balance an ice pack on the joint.
Portable control unit
The compact control unit weighs approximately 2.5 kg. A carry handle makes it easier to move the unit between uses.

After exercise, an injury or knee surgery, ask your healthcare professional whether cold and compression are suitable for you. Follow their guidance on pressure, skin protection and session length.
