Price & shipping
The knee system is CAD $280. Shipping within Canada is free, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days. Applicable taxes and the final order total are confirmed before payment.
30-day returns
Items may be returned within the 30-day return period if they are unopened or if the unit is defective. Contact NorthCryo before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the shipping arrangements.
60-day limited defect warranty
The unit has a 60-day warranty for item defects. Physical damage caused by misuse is not covered. Contact our team with your purchase reference and a description of the issue so we can review your claim and explain the next steps.
