How we handle the information you choose to share through this website.
Information you submit
Product questions may include your name, reply email and message. Wholesale requests also include organization details, province, estimated quantity and configuration preferences. Website feedback includes your comments and an optional name. Please do not submit diagnoses, patient records, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use your entries to respond to your questions, prepare quotes and improve the website. Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare database and sent as email notifications to authorized NorthCryo team members through their email provider. A submission is not automatically published as a customer review.
Your device and technical data
Your language preference and shopping bag are saved in your browser’s local storage. Cloudflare processes technical request data for hosting and security. The forms use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. This site does not currently load advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and site performance without advertising cookies. We use these aggregate measurements to improve the website.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact NorthCryo at +1 (647) 515-5510 or through the support form to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion. Include the submission reference if you have it, and avoid sending sensitive details in your request.
